Teaming Arrangements

As an 8(a) graduate who has been a part of multiple joint ventures, we believe collaborative teaming arrangements are an excellent way to offer flexible, competitive solutions to government customers. We have extensive experience working in a variety of roles including prime contractor, subcontractor, managing venturer, and partner venturer.

While the majority of our federal government work is performed in connection with multi-year competitive contracts, our OASIS+ Multi-Agency Contracts, GSA Schedule MAS, and Navy Seaport-NxG contract vehicles provide maximum flexibility for streamlined acquisitions. Commercial Clients
We work with commercial clients in both the public and private sectors. Whether as a subcontractor or teaming partner, our commercial customers reach us through our corporate office in New Orleans, LA. We have dedicated account managers that will help define projects and develop a project estimate.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+)
One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. The contract scope is organized by domains and North American Industry Classification System or NAICS codes. OASIS+ enables federal customers to acquire innovative solutions from highly qualified businesses on a contract vehicle designed to be Best-in-Class (BIC): a governmentwide designation that satisfies key criteria defined by the Office of Management and Budget which allows sellers to offer an expanded variety of services. Seaport is the Department of the Navy’s mandatory vehicle for procurement of professional support services. Seaport refers to both a set of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) and also an electronic platform to solicit, award, and administer task orders.
