Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)

Deltha Corporation provides financial improvement and audit-readiness support services to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in accordance with DoD FIAR guidance as a subcontractor on a multidisciplinary team.  The scope of our services includes serving on the DLA Audit Readiness Team, working with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service to test key controls and develop and implement corrective action plans, and upgrade related DLA practices to become fully audit ready.  This support enables DLA to be better stewards of their funding allowing them to make more informed decisions and manage their budget.
