Deltha worked as a subcontractor on the State of New Jersey's disaster recovery program in response to Superstorm Sandy, the reNewJersey Stronger Program (RNJS). The RNJS Program was designed by the State of New Jersey and operated by a multidisciplinary team of contractors. Our role was to provide anti-fraud, waste, and abuse support services, and quality assurance/quality monitoring at the program level in coordination with the state, HUD, and contractor personnel.

Compliance Over Major Federal Programs
Deltha provided compliance monitoring assurance services to the City of New Orleans for their federally funded programs. The scope of work includes risk assessments, agreed upon procedures development and implementation, compliance monitoring, data analysis, federal grant compliance research, technical assistance training, follow-up, and reporting.

Deltha worked as a subcontractor on the Louisiana Road Home Program (RHP). The RHP was developed by the State of Louisiana as a disaster recovery program in response to hurricanes Katrina and Rita of 2005. The scope of our work entailed business process improvement, compliance monitoring, quality assurance and quality control, data and trend analysis, monitoring, survey services, and risk advisory services.
